The Parent's Handbook is for your reference only, no submittal or signature required.
Photo Required:
All Fall players will need to submit a photo. Must be a current color photos, no hats or sunglasses, no plastic or laminated photos accepted please. Face/head should be between a dime and a quarter in size. (Wallet size may be too big.)
First-time players:
If you are registering for first time or after a lapse of time, you must provide a copy for league files of legal proof of birth - birth certificate or passport copy. Hospital and Baptismal certificates are not valid proof of birth.
U10+ & over:
Please note we are unable to accomodate buddy requests for U10+ and over.
If you have a U6 or U8 player please let us know any buddy preference at registration.
